Screen, Camera & Audio Data

When you pair a device or an AI agent connects to your desktop, your screen is streamed directly between your devices to enable remote control — the same applies to the optional camera and microphone features. We do NOT record, store, or save your screen, camera, or audio data.All streaming is end-to-end encrypted and ephemeral; our servers relay encrypted data without ever being able to read it.

AI Agent Access

Jarvis lets you connect an AI agent — such as Claude Code, Antigravity, or any other MCP-compatible client you choose — to control your desktop through our MCP server. When you do this:

• The agent can see your screen and perform actions you've authorized (clicking, typing, navigating)
• Actions we classify as sensitive require your explicit approval before they happen
• Every action the agent takes is recorded in an audit log you can review
• We do not share your screen or account data with the makers of any third-party AI agent — the agent connects directly to your own device through our relay, under your control

• Process payments (via Stripe)
• Send service-related emails (verification, updates)
• Improve our services and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All connections are encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• Camera/audio streams are end-to-end encrypted
• Sensitive actions require your explicit approval before an AI agent can perform them
• Regular security audits and updates
• Limited employee access to user data

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe - Payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• Railway - Cloud hosting (subject to Railway's privacy policy)

Data Retention
