By accessing or using Jarvis Remote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Jarvis Remote provides remote desktop access software that allows you to control your computer from a mobile device. The Service includes:

• Desktop application for Windows/Mac/Linux
• Mobile web controller
• Screen sharing and remote control
• Camera and audio streaming (optional)
• Cloud relay infrastructure

Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Verify your email address

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

14-Day Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial expires, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Access unauthorized computers or networks
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvis Remote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
